Narrative
The Smith family has decided to buy the Meier house on the Long Island Sound. The Smiths love to entertain and have family and friends over to celebrate any and every holiday. Therefore, an open family room will be added as a centerpiece to their home, as well as an outdoor entertaining space. However, the smiths desire some downtime as well and would like to do so in private. The smiths enjoy keeping in shape and exercising either before or after work and cherish their exercise room. The smiths love to watch the sunrise and sunset together every chance they get and living on the sound is the right spot for them. This means a very exposed south side of the house is necessary to emphasize their liking of this view.
